About Me

My involvement in Vistage has taught me that you need to make time for “on the business” activities as well as “in the business” activities. I was raised to be a do-er. I have learned that I need to be a better leader. Vistage and Andy Aloe’s leadership has gotten this to sink in for me.

Vistage has given me tools to handle the hard stuff, like toxic employees, and the speakers have opened up worlds I didn’t even know existed. My group has been there for the toughest business decisions. My chair, Andy Aloe, a listener par excellence, always made me feel that I could bring up absolutely anything. And I did!

I value Andy Aloe’s consistent support and encouragement. His counsel, willingness to listen, and cheerleading have been great. The one-to-one monthly meetings are a welcome addition to my calendar each month. It is nice to have a sounding board, and the meetings have often been the catalyst I have needed to organize my thoughts.
